How to Exercise This Right
To submit an objection, please email our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@smileidentity.com with the subject line 'Right to Object Request.'
What happens next?
For Marketing
We will stop processing your data for this purpose immediately. No exceptions.
For Other Interests
We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests (e.g., mandatory AML/KYC regulatory or if the data is necessary for legal claims).
